Pricing.

Build the whole show for free — the schedule, the script, the budget, every room. You pay when you start reaching people: invitations, call times, reminders. Nothing is held hostage while you set up, and you never pay to find out whether this works for you.

Let's talk

More than 500 active participants

More than 500 active participants. This one is a conversation, not a checkout.

An active participantis someone holding an assignment on a show that hasn’t closed. Alumni sitting in your records don’t count, and never will.

Annual costs the same as eight months. If your company is dark for more than four months a year, annual is the cheaper way to do it — which for most theatre companies it is.

Artists never pay.Pricing is for companies. No card is needed to start, and every plan includes guardian-held data for performers under 18 — we don’t charge for protecting children.

What we believe.

No access barriers

Pricing, design, and infrastructure must not exclude under-resourced companies.

No exploitation

Artists get paid — structurally, not rhetorically. Calltime tracks contracts and compensation as first-class features.

No résumé gatekeeping

Talent and professionalism are not proxy language for exclusion.
